PenguenSurf — Privacy Policy

PenguenSurf (“the game”) is a sled racing game made by Umut Sedar Sakıcı under the studio brand Peyender (“we”). This policy explains what the game uses, why, and what your choices are.
1. Your progress
Levels finished, characters and sleds unlocked, and your settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device’s advertising identifier, basic device information, your IP address and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the game asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice any time under Settings → Ad preferences. On iOS the game asks before using the advertising identifier for tracking; you can decline. See how Google uses information from apps.
3. Online races (Photon)
When you join a multiplayer race, the game connects to Photon (Exit Games) servers to match you with other players. During the race it sends a randomly generated nickname, the character and sled you chose, and your position in the race. The server necessarily sees your IP address to make the connection. Nothing is kept after the race ends. See the Photon privacy policy.
4. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
5. Your choices
You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings, change your ad consent in the game’s settings, or remove everything the game stored by uninstalling it.

PenguenSurf (“oyun”), Umut Sedar Sakıcı tarafından Peyender markasıyla geliştirilen bir kızak yarışı oyunudur. Bu politika, oyunun neyi neden kullandığını ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar.
1. İlerlemeniz
Bitirdiğiniz bölümler, açtığınız karakter ve kızaklar ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bize gönderilmez.
2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir. Reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için Google cihazınızın reklam kimliğini, temel cihaz bilgilerini, IP adresinizi ve reklamlarla etkileşiminizi toplayabilir. Yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde (AEA, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) oyun önce izninizi ister; tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Reklam tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS’ta oyun, reklam kimliğini izleme amacıyla kullanmadan önce izin ister; reddedebilirsiniz. 3. Çevrimiçi yarışlar (Photon)
Çok oyunculu bir yarışa katıldığınızda oyun, sizi diğer oyuncularla eşleştirmek için Photon (Exit Games) sunucularına bağlanır. Yarış sırasında rastgele oluşturulmuş takma adınız, seçtiğiniz karakter ve kızak ve yarıştaki konumunuz gönderilir. Bağlantı için IP adresiniz sunucu tarafından görülür. 4. Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
5. Seçenekleriniz
Reklam kişiselleştirmeyi cihaz ayarlarından sınırlayabilir, reklam iznini oyunun ayarlarından değiştirebilir veya oyunu silerek sakladığı her şeyi kaldırabilirsiniz.
